Founding Software Engineer

About the role

As founding software engineer, you will be a core contributor to our ultra-low latency matching engine, implementing its technology as a hw/sw co-design in Rust.

Responsibilities

• Implement ultra-low latency matching engine in Rust
• Develop and integrate the PAX λ API for traders
• Collaborate with the team to build and operate the world's first exchange and co-located trading facility on a chip
• Work closely with the founders of the best YC-funded startups to connect directly

Requirements

• C++ and/or Rust
• Experience in high frequency trading (HFT)
• Knowledge of Protobuf
• Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies
• Passion for trading and markets

Qualifications

• Any level of experience is acceptable, including recent graduates
