Job Description
- Own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, personally sourcing, interviewing, and closing senior staff engineers and leadership positions.
- Implement and optimize the talent tech stack, including Ashby ATS, and design scalable outbound sourcing programs that serve as the company's primary pipeline.
- Collaborate with the CEO on headcount planning and culture building, ensuring high-quality hiring bars and long-term retention as the team grows to 55+
