About Nolro
Nolro is building the operational control plane for AI governance, risk, compliance, and TRiSM. We help startups and enterprise teams move from scattered approvals and ad hoc oversight to structured workflows for intake, policy controls, evidence, monitoring, incidents, and audit-ready proof.
Why this role exists
We need a product engineer who can turn a powerful control plane into a product people can onboard into, trust, and use every day. You'll own critical user-facing workflows across onboarding, approvals, evidence, review queues, exports, and the broader in-app experience.
Responsibilities
- Ship product across the core Nolro experience, especially onboarding, registry, approvals, evidence, monitoring, and exports
- Turn complex governance workflows into clean, fast, intuitive interfaces
- Work directly with the founder and CTO on roadmap, UX, iteration, and pilot feedback
- Improve empty states, first-run experience, review flows, and day-one usability
- Build polished internal tools for governance reviewers, admins, and operators
- Help shape product strategy by talking to users and translating feedback into shipped product
Requirements
- Strong product instincts and the ability to ship end-to-end
- Experience building modern web applications with strong UX judgment
- Comfort working in ambiguity and making high-quality decisions quickly
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- A bias toward shipping, learning, and refining
Nice to have
- Experience in workflow products, B2B SaaS, devtools, security, compliance, or governance tooling
- Experience with design systems and complex stateful UIs
- Experience working directly with founders or early pilot customers
Why join Nolro
- You'll shape the product at the foundation
- Your work will directly influence how customers experience the platform
- You'll work on a category that is becoming increasingly important as AI adoption spreads
- You'll help define the UX standard for AI governance and TRiSM
