Founding Product Engineer

About the role

This is a founding product engineering role, so you'll have real ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on whatever matters most that week.
• Shaping problems, not just implementing tickets.
• Client-facing product development.
• Internal systems that support a lean team.
• Finding where automation and intelligence fit in the stack.
• Building features end to end and owning them after they ship.

Requirements

• A generalist who moves fast and thrives with autonomy.
• Strong technical range across the stack, from UI down to infrastructure.
• Strong opinions about how software should work, and the instinct to build things that feel good to use.
• Product taste: cares about UX, speed, and polish, and pushes back when something feels off.
• Startup experience, or clearly someone who would thrive at one.
• Uses AI tools well and thinks hard about where they fit.

What we're looking for

We care less about your exact stack experience and more about whether you can take something from idea to shipped without someone holding your hand.
