About this role
Be the first designer. Seed-Series A companies in the Yara Network need one person to own all of design: product, brand, systems, and the bar itself. You'll work directly with founders and watch your decisions ship the same week. This is a Yara Network Application. Apply once and get matched across our partner companies.

- Equity math excites you more than title inflation.
Requirements
- End-to-end product design with 2 or 3 deep case studies
- Figma mastery and a design system you built from zero
- Motion and micro-interaction craft
- Any production React or TypeScript is a major differentiator
- Comfort working in person beside founders in SF or NYC
