Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for AI eliminating hours of manual CAD work per project
• Design interfaces making AI feel intuitive, not complicated
• Conduct user research with AEC professionals to identify pain points
• Prioritize features customers actually need and will pay for
• Create design systems working across desktop and web platforms
• Ship UI/UX that technical users love to use

Requirements

• 4+ years building B2B products with strong user adoption
• Designed for technical users with high standards
• Understanding of CAD/BIM workflows or willingness to learn deep
• Design taste that ships beautiful, functional products
• Experience collaborating with engineers on complex products
• Portfolio showing work that shipped and succeeded
