Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to understand each client's needs and determine if Mindbloom is the right fit
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of psychedelic therapy, turning anxiety into informed confidence
• Prescribe Spravato & TMS using our clinical protocols as your foundation, tailoring treatment to each client for optimal outcomes
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns trust, satisfaction, and confidence in the care you deliver
• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients
• Opportunity to expand into telehealth alongside your clinic role
• Room to grow into clinical leadership, including mentoring, protocol design, and program building
• Be among the first clinicians to offer psychedelic-assisted treatments as they gain approval, helping build the model from the ground up

Requirements

• State Licensure: Psychiatric Mental Health NP with active DEA registration in Texas
• Location: Austin, Texas metro area or open to relocation within 3 months
• Experience: Confidently conduct complex psychiatric evaluations
