About the role

The Founding Operations Associate will play a crucial role in scaling SimCare AI, bridging the gap between sales and success.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding journey for university programs, managing logistics, setup, and communication to ensure successful implementation and account health.
• Design and implement scalable internal infrastructure, including CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy, using tools like Zapier, Notion, and Linear.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for customer follow-through, tracking all commitments to ensure no detail slips through the cracks during rapid growth.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or sales support, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth startup environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail, with a proven ability to catch what others miss and prioritize ruthlessly under ambiguity.
• Strong proficiency with modern productivity stacks and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to automate manual processes and communicate clearly across channels.
