Founding Member(s) of Technical Staff

About the role

We are seeking founding team members (scientists and engineers) who are knowledgable and passionate about the 'omics opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the HaploHub platform
• Predict disease risk for patients based on genetic models
• Generate reports and run inference algorithms
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate genetic data with clinical and demographic information
• Develop and optimize machine learning models for genetic analysis

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in bioinformatics, biostatistics, genomics, or related fields
• Strong understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, and Docker
• Experience with Python and other programming languages
• Knowledge of genomics, bioinformatics, and machine learning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field preferred
• Experience with genetic data management and analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
