Founding Fullstack Engineer

About the role

As a founding engineer, you’ll help build the core of DryMerge’s product across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, durable integrations with various software apps.
• Identify patterns in user requests, scope new features to address them, and build the features end-to-end.
• Make complex agentic systems work at near-perfect accuracy.

Requirements

• Are an extremely resourceful and fast-iterating engineer with 2 or more years of experience building impactful applications.
• Have an extremely high bar for quality and attention to detail.
• Can rapidly learn new technologies like Rust.
• Care a ton about user success and satisfaction.
• Are a kind and compassionate team player and communicator.
• Previously been a founder or founding engineer.
• Built something awesome on the side

• This is a full-time in-person role. We are based in San Francisco.
