Founding Front-End Engineer

About the role

Hussh is hiring a founding front-end engineer to build the defining interface of the personal-agent era. You will own our client experience end to end — performance budgets you defend, interactions you polish until they disappear, and craft at the level the best product teams in the world ship. You think in the user's hand, not in components. Stack depth matters less than taste plus range: you can go from design file to shipped, measured, loved product. You will work directly with the founders and our designers, daily.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience end to end

• Translate design files into shipped, measured, loved product
• Collaborate daily with founders and designers

Requirements

• Have built consumer experiences that felt inevitable — fast, beautiful, and obvious
• Think in the user's hand, not in components
• Possess taste plus range: ability to go from design file to shipped product
• Experience delivering measured, loved consumer products

Work location

Headquarters in Kirkland, Washington. Kirkland is the primary work location for this role.
