Founding Engineer - Healthcare AI

About the role

You’ll develop AI that reads complex, multi-modal data (text, image, audio) and generates accurate, home-health-specific documentation.

Responsibilities

• Structure highly heterogeneous healthcare data using frontier models
• Enhance models through detailed failure analysis and rapid iterations
• Design human-review processes to generate high-quality ground truth
• Get creative & experiment relentlessly

Requirements

• Strong foundation in AI
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs
• Excited to build in healthcare
• Proficient in Python & Typescript

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with complex, multi-modal data processing
• Passion for improving healthcare through technology
