About the role
We are seeking an engineer to experiment with workflow architecture and prompts to improve the storytelling capabilities of our AI models. The ideal candidate is experiment-driven, a big-picture systems-thinker, and a storyteller themselves. No prior experience in this role is required, but strong fundamentals and quick learning are expected.
Responsibilities
- Experiment with workflow architecture and prompts to improve the storytelling capabilities of our AI models.
- Build evaluations to determine if improvements are being made to the games.
- Work closely with the team to understand the needs and quirks of various AI models.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that the improvements enhance the overall gaming experience.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing.
- Experience with AI model training and evaluation.
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI development or similar fields.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK or spaCy.
- Knowledge of data science and machine learning techniques.
