Founding Engineer (Full-stack)

Responsibilities

• Ship customer-facing features from 0-to-1: design, build, test, deploy, and own them in production
• Turn user feedback into code fast with zero compromise on technical rigor
• Work directly with the founders to keep priorities clear and blockers out of the way
• Build intuitive user-experiences and reliable backend services that customers trust everyday
• Solve hard technical problems at the frontier of applied AI: from kernel-level agent sandboxes to agent memory retrieval for large data collection, you’re expected to turn research into product at a relentless pace
• Engineer foundational agentic systems (skills, memory, reinforcement learning loops) for our customers and our own needs

Requirements

• Experience with modern full stack software engineering (frontend and backend)
• Technical mastery: you have deep, senior/staff level expertise in either:
• Frontend: deep knowledge of React, Next.js. You understand the virtual DOM and state management complexities.
• Backend: strong systems design skills across distributed systems, API architecture, and database optimization.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
• Experience building agentic products
• Experience working in product led companies with mission-critical infrastructure
