Founding Engineer

Job Description

Trata is seeking engineers to join a rapidly growing startup backed by high-profile investors including Walter Kortschak, Y Combinator, and several venture capital firms. The role offers competitive compensation and significant equity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cutting-edge web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to build scalable and efficient systems
• Work closely with data scientists and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the platform
• Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to the existing product

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in Python, React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Experience working 55-65 hours per week
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant full-stack engineering experience
• Experience with FastAPI and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of AWS and Terraform
