Founding Engineer

About the role

We help companies with physical products run their post-sales operations: from customer support to device fleet monitoring to field service, through a unified, intelligent platform.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack product features across our support, field service, and device monitoring platforms
• Ship AI-powered workflows that help hardware teams resolve customer issues using real-time data and LLMs
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and shape the roadmap
• Own projects end-to-end: from product design to infrastructure - moving quickly and responsibly
• Contribute to our core architecture and help scale the platform as we grow
• You love working fast, shipping often, and improving based on real user feedback
• You have strong fundamentals and write clean, efficient code
• You’re excited by the idea of building software that controls and interacts with physical devices in the real world
• You care about product quality and have an eye for good UX (even if you’re not a designer)
• You thrive in high-ownership environments and don’t wait around for permission
