Founding Engineer

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco 5-6 days per week
• Experience building production application layer AI products
• Obsessed with speed and scale
• Able to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Insatiably curious and learns quickly
• History of superlative achievement
• Experience with GoLang, TypeScript, NextJS, Redis, RAG systems, and agent architectures is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build in a full stack capacity
• Talk to users, track metrics, and iterate quickly
• Scope out and implement core features
• Shape product vision and roadmap

Compensation

Compensation: 150-250k base. This salary range does not encompass the full spectrum of benefits such as generous equity grants, health insurance, 401k matching, provided meals, team offsites, and potential signing or relocation bonuses.
