Founding Engineer

About the role

Building a stable currency platform with global access using Next.js web / React Native app, Supabase, Firebase, and Prisma. The role involves working with Nest.js for WhatsApp, Open AI and Anthropic APIs for agents, Solidity and web3.js for Smart contracts, and a lot of Typescript.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining high-quality software products using modern web technologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Ensuring the security and reliability of the platform.
• Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with Next.js, React Native, Nest.js, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of databases like Supabase, Firebase, and Prisma.
• Experience with blockchain technologies such as Solidity and web3.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs.

Qualifications

• Passionate about building innovative financial technology solutions.
• Experience with smart contract development on Ethereum or similar platforms.
• Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) principles and applications.
• Experience with web3 wallets and dApps.
