As the Founding Engineer at Cascade, you will build the core platform used by the world's leading architects and builders. You'll own end-to-end features, from initial customer discovery to production deployment. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the technical architecture and product culture while sitting alongside the founding team in San Francisco.

What you will do

• Ship end-to-end products and features from initial concept to production, maintaining a high velocity of iteration and deployment.
• Work alongside the founders to architect the core platform and establish the technical foundation for an AI-driven orchestration layer.
• Interact directly with elite architecture and engineering clients to understand their needs and translate them into robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development background with a portfolio of shipped projects or hackathon wins that demonstrate a builder mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and a genuine excitement for applying AI to complex, real-world physical industries.
• Previous experience in early-stage startups or as a founder, possessing the resilience and adaptability required for high-growth environments.
