Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that meet business needs

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate them into our projects
• Guide the team on best practices and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in AI/ML engineering
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with deep learning models and neural networks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Python programming
• Experience with data preprocessing and model evaluation
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI/ML

Pay

$130,000 - $170,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
