About the role

As the first engineering hire, you will build a revolutionary system of record for senior care from the ground up. You will own the architecture and technical execution of an AI-powered platform that unifies fragmented healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the core data ingestion, intelligence, and compliance layers of the platform.
• Design agentic systems that translate complex senior health records into coordinated navigation actions.
• Make high-stakes technical decisions that define the company's long-term engineering foundation and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a founding engineer or early employee at a fast-growing startup.
• Deep technical expertise across the full stack, including backend systems, data engineering, and AI/ML.
• High-agency problem solver with a coherent career path and a desire for mission-driven work.
