Founding Deployment Strategist
About the role
You'd work directly with each customer, usually their founder or VP of Sales, to translate their unique positioning, pricing, and objections into an agent that runs their first sales call 24/7. You would watch every conversation, spot patterns, retrain the agent, and alert the product team when changes are needed.
Responsibilities
- Onboard every new customer, deeply. Understand their product, tiers, personas, positioning, pricing, and top objections.
- Turn that understanding into an agent that sells their product as effectively as their best rep does.
- Watch conversations as they happen, find patterns, and retrain the agent weekly.
- Be on Slack Connect with every customer. Respond promptly to their inquiries and ensure the agent performs optimally.
- Tell the product team what's breaking and how to improve the agent's performance.
- Be the fastest feedback loop in the company, helping to refine and evolve the product based on real-world interactions.
Requirements
You understand positioning. You can tell which tier fits which buyer and teach an agent to do the same. You enjoy talking to founders and VPs of Sales and remember their names. You automate processes by instinct and build scripts efficiently.
Qualifications
- Compensation Range: $140,000 - $185,000
- Equity: Founding-caliber
- Location: In-person, San Francisco
- Process: 4 rounds (Chirag, Arjun, async case study, paid 3-day work trial in the office)
- Timeframe: About 2 weeks from first conversation to offer

Strong communication skills, ability to quickly adapt to different customer needs, proficiency in using data to inform product improvements, and a knack for automating processes.
