Compensation: $230K - $270K base Experience: 4 - 16 years Bar admission: California About The Opportunity This is a pivotal opportunity for the firm's first dedicated legal hire, offering direct ownership in building a legal function from the ground up. The practice focuses on complex commercial transactions and novel legal challenges within voice AI. What You'll Do Negotiate and close enterprise agreements swiftly.Develop contract templates and negotiation playbooks.Define legal positions on voice AI issues.Partner with Sales on enterprise deals.Manage platform terms and outside counsel. What You Bring (required) Active bar admission in California.Commercial or technology transactions experience.Hands-on M&A and DPA redlining experience.Experience with privacy and AI regulation.Proven ability to build legal processes from scratch.
