About the role
We are seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team at Featherless.ai. This role is not a traditional sales position but rather a blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
- Manage inbound requests through chat and email
- Manage outreach sequences and automations using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, and n8n
- Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
- Coordinate partner calls & discovery meetings with the CRO and founders
- Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
- Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
- Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship
- Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)
- AI power user
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English — concise, credible, human
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven — operates independently and gets things done
