About the role

We are seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team at Featherless.ai. This role is not a traditional sales position but rather a blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
  • Manage inbound requests through chat and email
  • Manage outreach sequences and automations using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, and n8n
  • Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
  • Coordinate partner calls & discovery meetings with the CRO and founders
  • Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
  • Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
  • Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship
  • Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)
  • AI power user
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English — concise, credible, human
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven — operates independently and gets things done
