About the role
We are seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team at Featherless.ai. This role is not a traditional sales position but rather a blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in AI and capable of engaging with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment. They should have combined 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship, along with comfort in communicating with technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
- Manage inbound requests through chat and email
- Manage outreach sequences and automations using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, and n8n
- Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
- Coordinate partner calls and discovery meetings with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and founders
- Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and prepare weekly reports
- Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
- Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Combined 1-2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship
- Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers)
- AI power user
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English — concise, credible, and human
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven — operates independently and gets things done
