Founding AI Training Partnerships Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Founding AI Training Partnerships Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will help shape and expand strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem, with a focus on solving complex training and operational challenges for emerging technology organizations. The position combines business development, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to move opportunities from outreach through close and successful delivery. It will also contribute to building repeatable commercial processes and bringing market feedback into broader business strategy as the business continues to scale. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Build and manage strategic opportunities across AI organizations Partner with customers to address complex AI training challenges Own opportunities from outreach through successful close Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Develop repeatable strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem Continuously improve commercial operating models as the business scales Incorporate market insights and customer feedback into broader business strategies Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic accounts within emerging technology markets Experience with AI companies or organizations supporting model development is preferred Proven success in selling operational delivery services or data solutions Strong commercial judgment with an ability to develop creative solutions Excellent relationship-building and communication skills tailored to different stakeholder levels Familiarity with AI training concepts is a plus Remote work capability within U.S. time zones Benefits Remote work flexibility within the United States Commitment to diversity and inclusion across teams and perspectives Supportive interview process accommodating diverse needs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
