About the role

We are seeking a Founding AI/Motion Video Producer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This position offers a Sales/Contract/Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality AI-driven motion graphics and videos that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into video production workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and motion video production to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and translate them into compelling visual narratives through AI-enhanced videos.
• Ensure all produced content adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Animation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in motion video production.
• Experience working with AI tools and technologies in video production.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and ability to convey complex ideas visually.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
