About the role
Work directly with the founders in San Francisco to define the core product architecture and user experience from the ground up. Operate at the bleeding edge of AI agent technology and computer-use tooling, applying these models to complex physical-world environments. Experience the full lifecycle of a startup, from deep technical design to visiting customers' homes and cooking to understand product-market fit.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features that integrate sophisticated AI agents with real-world kitchen hardware and customer interfaces.
- Ship high-quality, polished code rapidly to move from initial prototypes to functional 0→1 products in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage directly with users by testing the product in real-world settings to gain insights that drive technical and product decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrates an "obsessive builder" mindset with a track record of shipping scrappy, functional 0→1 products in record time.
- Possesses deep technical curiosity and hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, and computer-use tooling or robotic automation.
- Combines strong engineering skills with a passion for UX, polish, and a willingness to step outside the codebase to meet users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience with AI agents, LLMs, and computer-use tooling or robotic automation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
