Founding AI Engineer (Fully remote - Up to $220k)

About the role

Fully remote positions available in the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Brazil, Argentina, and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack from data processing and ingestion to core logic and UI
• Lead product direction and roadmap based on customer feedback and needs
• Apply AI effectively to real-world use cases
• Use data to understand what works, iterate quickly, and double down on wins
• Iterate fast and ship with good velocity

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning products end-to-end and shipping with good velocity
• Stack agnostic; experience in any of these stacks is good: TypeScript, React, Rails, Elixir, Go, etc.
• Hands-on AI experience
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and move forward
• Experience working remotely
• Good product intuition
• Any level of experience (new graduates welcome)

Pay

Compensation: $160,000/year to $220,000/year and up to 1% equity.
