Role Responsibilities
- Build and optimize agentic systems for financial business domain knowledge, task automation and decision support
- Design and implement data pipelines, memory systems, and contextual planning logic
- Prototype fast, test in production, and ship features that directly impact users
- Own infrastructure for evaluating model performance, latency, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding team on architecture, product decisions, and go-to-market fit
Qualifications
Required
- Strong software engineer with 3–5+ years of experience, ideally with a focus in ML, NLP, or AI systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (i.e. LangGraph), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or vector DBs (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone)
- Experience building and scaling software systems in production
- You think in systems and care deeply about both performance and usability
- Startup-ready: you move fast, have strong ownership, and can thrive in ambiguity
PREFERRED
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, productivity tools, or knowledge workflows
- DevOps familiarity: Docker, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability
