Your Role

The Why: Every hour I spend on ops, admin, or context-switching is an hour not spent on clients, partnerships, or building new things. You give me that time back — and you grow fast in the process.

What you'll do

• Optimize our Notion workspace — documents, templates, SOPs.
• Build systems so nothing falls through cracks.
• Hiring & Team
• Prepare and run first-round interviews with applicants.
• Career Accelerator Project lead on our GTM Career Accelerator program — curriculum, operations, participant experience.
• Partner Management
• Own communication with software partners and GTM Accelerator trainers.
• Product & Validation
• Research, interview users, and validate product ideas.
• Help take them from concept to launch.
• Content & Marketing
• Create LinkedIn content including carousels, playbooks, and lead magnets.
• Optimize and build case studies for the website.
