About the Opportunity

The Founders Associate Intern works closely with the founders on high-priority projects spanning strategy, research, analysis, and execution. This role provides an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of an early-stage company by taking ownership of meaningful business challenges from initial problem definition through recommendation and implementation. The position offers hands-on exposure to startup operations, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects for the founders from problem definition through recommendations and implementation.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, customers, and internal business data.
• Produce clear, concise written analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Move effectively between strategic planning, data analysis, and hands-on execution.
• Develop processes, systems, and documentation that improve operational efficiency and reduce redundant work.
• Monitor team commitments and follow up to ensure decisions are translated into action.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, decision-making, and overall business operations.

Pay

Hourly compensation range of $20–$35.
