About the role

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack. Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue. We are now looking for an Founders Associate to support our founders and executive team as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own the founders' calendars, inboxes, and communications - triaging, drafting, and following up on their behalf
  • Run meeting logistics end to end - agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for internal and external calls
  • Support the sales process - coordinating outreach, follow-ups, and client communications
  • Handle travel, event, and off-site logistics
  • Manage office operations - keeping the workspace stocked, organized, and running smoothly
  • Own cross-functional task tracking and keep internal projects moving
  • Build systems that eliminate recurring friction and reduce founder overhead

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1-3 years of EO experience - You've held an Founders Associate or closely related role and know what it takes to support high-output leaders effectively
  • Startup experience - You've worked in fast-moving, early-stage environments where context switches constantly and priorities shift overnight
  • Exec support background - You've supported a founder, C-suite executive, or senior leader directly - ideally in a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Communication excellence - You write sharp, professional emails and can represent a founder's voice accurately and confidently
  • Sales awareness - You understand the rhythm of a sales process and can support outreach, follow-up, and pipeline coordination without hand-holding
  • Systems mindset - You don't just complete tasks - you build repeatable systems so the same problem never happens twice
  • Operational fluency - Comfortable with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and other modern ops and productivity stacks
  • Impeccable judgment - You know when to act independently and when to escalate; discretion is non-negotiable

Pay

$130K - $160K base + cash bonus

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions.
