About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team. You'll play a vital role in supporting children and families, ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Teach essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field with at least two years of experience in the human services field, OR a master's degree in a human services field

Pay
Average hourly rate is $21.83 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
