About the role

Responsible for providing comprehensive foster care services to children in need. This includes daily supervision, ensuring safety and well-being, and coordinating with foster families and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to foster children
• Ensure the safety and well-being of foster children
• Coordinate with foster families and other professionals
• Assist in the implementation of individualized service plans
• Participate in regular progress reviews and case conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with children and families in foster care settings
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
