FOSTER CARE CASE WORKER- Spanish Speaking

About the role

Responsible for providing foster care services to Spanish-speaking children in need. Duties include case management, legal advocacy, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services to foster children and their families.
• Advocate for the rights of foster children and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Coordinate with social service agencies, law enforcement, and other community resources to support foster children.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of foster parents.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to foster care cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and families in foster care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spanish language and culture.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
