About the role
Responsible for providing foster care services to Spanish-speaking children in need. Duties include case management, legal advocacy, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management services to foster children and their families.
- Advocate for the rights of foster children and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Coordinate with social service agencies, law enforcement, and other community resources to support foster children.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of foster parents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to foster care cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children and families in foster care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Spanish language and culture.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule
