Foster Care Case Manager- Farmington

Job Summary

Good Shepherd Children & Family Services provides the highest quality foster care and treatment foster care, adoption, expectant parent counseling, maternity shelter, pregnancy services and advocacy. Job Responsibilities

• Assess and document the needs of children in foster care
• Develop and implement individualized plans for each child
• Coordinate with foster families, legal guardians, and other service providers
• Provide crisis intervention and support services
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Conduct home visits and assessments
• Advocate for children's rights and best interests

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Current Missouri Foster Parent Certification
• Valid Missouri Driver’s License
• Experience working with children and families in foster care or similar settings
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and other background checks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
