What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to children, foster families, and care teams—guiding them throughout the foster care journey
- Care for services, treatment planning, and resources to support each child’s unique needs
- Facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings and actively contribute to admission, treatment, and discharge planning
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on support to foster parents
- Conduct regular in-home visits to assess strengths, address needs, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
- Help families navigate behavioral challenges using proven models like the Teaching Family Model
- Maintain strong communication with biological families, social workers, and community partners
- Represent Children’s Hope Alliance in court hearings, treatment reviews, and external meetings
- Respond to urgent needs and provide crisis/on-call support when it matters most
- Keep accurate, timely documentation and case records using clinical management systems
- Monitor foster home compliance with licensing standards and conduct ongoing reviews
- Review medical administration records to ensure the safety and well-being of children

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with children, families, or in a related human services role
- Qualified Professional (QP) designation (required)
- Ability to respond to urgent situations and participate in on-call rotation
