Foster Care Case Manager - $3,000 Hiring Bonus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support treatment foster parents through regular visits, phone calls, and emergency on-call services.
• Ensure documentation and compliance for case management, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, advocate for children’s needs, and coordinate therapeutic services.
• Maintain safety and well-being through regular contact with youth and families, fostering lifelong skills and relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• One year of human services experience
• Must pass state and federal background clearances
