Reporting to the Behavioral Health Program Director, this role assists in supervising clinical services, including outpatient, CCFT, school-based, and contracted services. Responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload, providing supervision to therapists and coordinators, ensuring quality in documentation and service delivery, and collaborating with wellness partners including THP. The Assistant Program Director helps ensure operational and clinical excellence across the assigned program.
