About the role
Join CoinTracker to bridge the gap between high-net-worth tax advisory and cutting-edge AI product development. You will manage a book of equity-heavy clients while directly encoding your tax expertise into the "Tax Brain" AI.
Responsibilities
- Advise HNW clients with complex equity scenarios including ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, and QSBS, providing clear, actionable multi-year planning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex tax logic into if/then code and verify AI-generated advice.
- Prepare and file clean, accurate returns for your portfolio using advanced filing infrastructure to minimize administrative bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Active CPA with 4+ years of individual tax experience, specifically serving high-net-worth tech employees, founders, or executives.
- Deep technical mastery of equity compensation, including AMT, 83(b) elections, QSBS eligibility, and complex liquidity event modeling.
- A tech-forward, high-agency professional who views AI as an essential tool and has experience automating parts of their own workflow.
