Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Leverage innovative thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and engineering expertise to address critical AI challenges for clients
• Configure and present tailored product demonstrations to highlight platform features for potential clients
• Advise customers on LLM evaluation best practices and provide strategic AI guidance
• Write code, construct specialized evaluation datasets, build custom web applications, and produce technical documentation to train customers on platform usage
• Author technical blog content and promote the product and organization through social platforms and industry gatherings
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams across delivery, product, engineering, and ML to influence product roadmap and achieve important business objectives

Qualifications

• Most importantly, we seek candidates with initiative, eagerness to grow, unwavering determination, and enthusiasm for direct customer engagement.
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related analytical discipline
• A solid technical foundation, ideally in machine learning or data analytics
• Strength in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or functional languages
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
• Outstanding communication abilities and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Flexibility to visit customer locations when required (Business trips to California)
• Having the legal right to travel to the US
• Demonstrate strong ethics, honesty, and consideration for colleagues
