Forward Deployed Software Engineer

About the role

This is a specialized opportunity to build mission-critical full-stack command and control software for autonomous systems. The role offers the chance to work directly with AI, robotics, systems engineering, UX, and hardware teams to turn complex mission requirements into production-ready software. It is designed for engineers who enjoy React, TypeScript, 3D interfaces, and real-time data in complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy mission-critical full-stack C2 software for autonomous systems
• Develop advanced React/TypeScript interfaces for complex operational environments
• Work with real-time and streaming data
• Integrate AI, autonomy, sensor/data-fusion, and robotic-control systems
• Deploy software across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Work closely with AI, robotics, systems engineering, UX, and hardware teams
• Help turn complex mission requirements into production-ready software

Requirements

• 2–6 years of software engineering experience
• Strong React and TypeScript/JavaScript skills
• Strong frontend development experience with meaningful React/TypeScript focus
• Experience deploying software to cloud, on-prem, or hybrid environments
• Comfortable with APIs, CI/CD, Linux, networking, security, and authentication
• Experience building and maintaining production systems
• US Security Clearance required, or must be eligible and willing to obtain one
