About the Role
DOSS's Forward Deployed Services team is the core engine of DOSS and the success of our customers. This unique role sits at the intersection of product, data, operations, implementation, and customer partnership. The team is responsible for the entire post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle, including discovery, product design, build/configure, UAT, and go-live.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end ERP lifecycle process and success for 1-2 of our bigger clients
- Build new product capabilities/solutions within the DOSS ERP platform
- Contribute to best practices and process improvements across the team
- Conduct cross-functional deep dives across customer organizations to map end-to-end business processes and workflows
- Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations required for successful implementations
- Support UAT, training, and go-live, and build relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell
- Contribute to initiatives to drive improvements in DOSS product and customer lifecycle processes via automation and AI
Qualifications
- 2+ years in engineering (industrial, process, computer etc.), consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company
- Hands-on ERP implementation experience is required
- Systems Thinker: ability to traverse, untangle, and put together highly interconnected systems across people, process, and technology
- High-Intensity: experience in high-pressure roles within startups, consulting, finance, etc.
- Technical from 1st Principles: ability to understand hard engineering and logic problems intuitively
- Intellectual Firepower: ability to cut through noise, synthesize, and get to the right answers fast
- Strong analytical mindset; experience with SQL is a plus

Compensation Range: $120K - $150K
