About the role
Forward Deployed ML Engineer building agentic AI pipelines for large clinical documents (500+ page patient charts). You will improve model accuracy through prompt engineering, evaluations, fine-tuning, and rule-based optimization, partner directly with clinical customers and AI researchers, and own customer deployments end-to-end.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of Applied ML/AI or Forward Deployed Engineering experience
- Built and shipped production LLM/Agentic AI pipelines
- Strong Python & ETL/Pipeline Engineering
- Experience working directly with customers to deliver AI solutions
- Startup or Applied AI background (Palantir, Harvey, Abridge, OpenEvidence, etc.)
Nice to have
- Clinical/Biomedical NLP or document extraction experience
- Experience with legal or financial document AI

Pay
$170K–$220K base salary. $5,000 referral bonus for successful placements.
