About the role
The Forward Deployed GTME acts as a strategic consultant for government customers, leveraging Starbridge's platform and AI to generate pipeline, close revenue, and support broader business objectives. Key responsibilities include scoping engagements, facilitating builds and configurations, running projects, and empowering customers to operate independently.
Responsibilities
- Arc the full engagement from scoping to launch, ensuring clear project plans, timelines, and regular check-ins with customers.
- Lead discovery with various stakeholders, converting requirements into actionable scopes, requirements, and deliverables.
- Build and configure Starbridge configurations to fit into customers' existing GTM stacks, including CRM, sales engagement tools, and data sources.
- Empower customers to use the platform independently post-deployment through hands-on training and live build sessions.
- Drive customer adoption, manage renewals, and expand the customer base by setting and monitoring health metrics.
- Surface patterns and insights from customer interactions to inform product development and improve the platform.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in an implementation, solutions consulting, professional services, technical CSM/TAM, deployments, or related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in investment banking and/or management consulting is a plus.
- Data-driven approach to setting health metrics and steering decisions based on performance.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts and align teams.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution, leading the room and building the thing.
- Experience with workflow orchestration or AI tooling, including prompt design and x-tool integrations.
- Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM.
- Experience selling into or working with the public sector.
