Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and integrate AI solutions directly with enterprise customers, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
• Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best practices, and proactive support.

Requirements

• Experience with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments is required.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Pay

$300K – $650K/yr
