Key Responsibilities
Build a 12-month procurement forecast across pricing improvement scenarios
Maintain real-time formulary data integrity as drug codes are updated
Drive formulary prioritization against highest-impact opportunities
Define integration paths with procurement partners to unlock lower-cost sourcing
Avoid new partnership structures across manufacturers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies
Procurement Infrastructure
Create an RFP framework to evaluate new rate cards against the formulary
Create scalable workflows for ongoing repricing
Ensure pricing data is accurate and actionable across Clinical Ops and Client Success
Qualifications
Techically autonomous — you build your own tools and lean heavily on AI to move fast
Analytically rigorous — you can design a model, identify the key assumptions, and explain where it breaks
Strong framework builder: you turn ambiguous problems into clear trade-offs and structured decision surfaces
Systems thinker — you always work toward scalable solutions, not one-off analyses
Clelbrate judgment that spans patient experience and commercial impact — you don't treat these as separate
