Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Remote

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare clients to understand their strategic priorities and operational challenges
• Lead discovery sessions and solution design engagements with stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients on AI/ML applications in healthcare
• Design scalable AI-powered solutions compliant with healthcare standards
• Build and deploy production-grade AI applications and intelligent automation solutions
• Bridge business and technical perspectives for stakeholder alignment
• Own delivery outcomes from discovery to production deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in deploying distributed systems and cloud-native solutions
• 9+ years in a consulting or advisory capacity, developing solution recommendations and meeting client objectives
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, including knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in modern development frameworks, APIs, and data integration approaches
• Advanced user capability on AI productivity tools such as CodeX and Claude
• Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Pay

$203,200 – $348,400 annually
