About the role
Responsible for overseeing and improving operational processes within the enterprise systems and agent integrations team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and new tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or system engineering
- Experience with enterprise systems and agent integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
